HOW DO WE HELP LITTLE ONES UNDERSTAND AND EXPRESS THEIR EMOTIONS?

Young children feel emotions intensely. Crying, anger, frustration or emotional meltdowns can sometimes be hard both for the little ones and for their parents.

The Romanian Red Cross – Satu Mare Branch invites you to a free workshop for parents of children aged 0 to 6.

In a practical, accessible setting, we will talk about:

• children’s intense emotions
• handling crying, anger and frustration
• setting limits with gentleness and firmness
• how we can respond to children in difficult moments
• building a relationship based on emotional safety and cooperation
