How do I sign up for an event? +
Most public events are free entry. For paid events, you find details and registration/ticket links on the event detail page. ilovesm.ro does not process payments directly - we redirect you to the organizer.
How do I enroll in a course? +
On every course detail page there is an „Enroll" button that takes you to the organizer's form or connects you via email/phone.
Do I need an account? +
No, you can browse all content without an account. An account lets you save events, follow organizers, receive reminders and leave reviews.
How do reminders work? +
You set a reminder from any event detail page, choose how long before (1h / 3h / 1 day / 3 days) and on which channel (push / email / SMS). We notify you automatically.
How can I leave a review? +
Only registered users can leave reviews, on event or course detail pages. One review per account per item.
How do I publish my event or course? +
You must be a registered organizer. Contact the team at [email protected] to get an editor account.
Is my data safe? +
Yes. We store only essential data, we do not sell data to third parties, we are GDPR-compliant. You can export or delete your account anytime from /cont/date-personale.
How do I change the language? +
The language switcher is in the footer (RO / HU / EN). The setting is kept via cookie.
How do I receive push notifications? +
In /cont/notificări you enable push, then the browser will ask for permission. Works on Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari iOS 16.4+.
How do I delete my account? +
In /cont/date-personale → „Delete account permanently" section. All associated data is physically removed within 30 days.
